Registering your skater has never been easier - 3 simple steps.
Step One - You must first register your skater with USA Hockey!!
Step Two - Select your skaters appropriate age level below!!
Step Three - Two Options
A) Fill out the Easy online form and pay through paypal
or
B) Send Check Payable to MHC

STEP 1:
Register your skater with USA Hockey -
As part of 2010-2011 Mandan Hockey Club (MHC) registration, parents must go online and register their player(s) with USA Hockey. You will receive an electronic confirmation by email and must forward this to the MHC Registrar for final registration processing before your child can participate in on-ice activities.
The USA hockey registration cost is $40 ($30 to USA Hockey and $10 to ND Hockey)
If you do not register with USA Hockey online and do not notify the Registrar that manual processing is needed, your child will not be eligible to play until he/she is registered with USA Hockey.

RED MITES
Boys & Girls First Year Skaters - Ages 4 to 8 :
($40 USA Hockey fee for skaters) (Exception birthyear 2004 and After, still must Register,
but only pay the $10 ND fee)
WHITE MITES
Boys & Girls Second and third Year - Ages 6 and Under :
MHC Fee $60 + ($40 USA Hockey Registration Fee)
BLUE MITES
Boys - Previous Hockey Experience Needed

Registration for returning members
To help out with scheduling we ask all returning members to register before September 1st. Registrations received after September 1st will be assessed a $25 late fee. The remaining registration is due by December 31, 2010. Families with more than one skater get a multi child discount. Oldest child pays full price, each additional child ½ price.
Information Meeting for New Members
New members should plan to attend an informational meeting at the All Seasons Arena on any of the following dates: (Kids do not need to attend)
September 20th or 22nd 6 to 7pm
September 25th 10 to 11 am
Equipment Checkout
Equipment checkout will be at the All Seasons Arena on the following dates:
1st year skaters: Monday, September 27th 6 to 8 pm
After 1st year skaters: Wed, September 29th 6 to 8 pm
Equipment provided for 1st year skaters is free with a $25 returnable deposit. Equipment, if available, for after 1st year skaters may be rented. All equipment is available on first come first serve basis, supplies are limited.
MANDITORY FUNDRAISING
The Mandan Hockey Club is aware of the financial climate and would like to reach out to each family and explain our fundraising in detail. Without fundraising, our Club would need to review our registration fees, and ice time, but thankfully with your help, we are able to make improvements & add additional ice time, and still maintain our high level of quality for our skaters, without cutting corners.
Each MHC family is required to do fundraising to allow us to maintain the high standard that is associated with being part of the MHC.
Mandan Hockey Club works hard to keep fundraising at a minimum and do our best to keep the out of pocket expense to our families as low as possible.
This year, our family fundraising will be two fundraisers, both of which are mandatory as MHC members. We are offering our yearly Pizza sale and Ice Jam ticket sales.
PIZZA SALES - Pizza Corner
The MHC will offer Pizza Corner Pizzas to sell. We are asking that the first child in each family sell 30 Pizzas - Additional children are asked to sell 15 with a Family Max of 45 Pizzas. By selling Pizzas we are able to limit the amount of out of pocket expense per family, by selling a great product to local people.
ICE JAM - End of Year Party
The talk of every hockey season is the ICE JAM, a time for parents to have some fun, and to close the book on another season. Each family is required to sell (or purchase) TWO tickets to the ICE JAM. If you wish to sell additional tickets to invite friends or family, please feel free. Cost per ticket is $30.
The ICE JAM will take place at the end of the season at the Seven Seas. This years ICE JAM will include a dance, supper, door prizes, bar, and much more!!. Further details will be released as the date approaches.
