Mandan Hockey Club Registration Information

Registering your skater has never been easier - 2 simple steps.

 
Step One - You must first register your skater with USA Hockey!!
Step Two - Click on the Registration link below
 
THAT'S IT, YOUR SKATER IS READY TO SKATE!!
 
STEP 1:  
Register your skater with USA Hockey -
 
As part of 2011-2012 Mandan Hockey Club (MHC) registration, parents must go online and register their player(s) with USA Hockey. You will receive an electronic confirmation by email and must forward this to the MHC Registrar for final registration processing before your child can participate in on-ice activities.
 
If you do not register with USA Hockey online and do not notify the Registrar that manual processing is needed, your child will not be eligible to play until he/she is registered with USA Hockey.

Boys Levels Age (as of 7/1/2011) Fee
Red Mite- 1st year skater 4-8 FREE
White Mite - 2nd year skater 6 & under $60.00
Blue Mite - previous experience 7-8 $100.00
Squirt 9-10 $200.00
Pee Wee 11-12 $310.00
Bantam 13-14 $370.00

Girls Levels Age (as of 7/1/2011) Fee
8U 8 & under $60.00
10U 10 & under $150.00
12U 12 & under $200.00
14U 13-14 $200.00

Late Fee: $25.00 applied after December 31st.
